J.C. Flowers sold Acuon Capital to Baring Private Equity Asia.

J.C. Flowers, a leading private investment firm, sold Acuon Capital, a South Korean consumer finance and leasing company, to Baring Private Equity Asia. Financial terms were not disclosed. "J.C.
