Aviv Group, a provider of digital activities in real estate, and subsidiary of Axel Springer, completed the acquisition of MeilleursAgents, a provider of commercial real estate information services. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the acquisition of MeilleursAgents, AVIV is also further expanding its data competence in France, increasing the transparency of real estate markets and expanding the range of services offered by SeLoger and Logic-Immo. “This merger is great news for MeilleursAgents and its teams. We can now roll out our data expertise internationally and contribute to the digitization of the European real estate markets.
