Seacor Holdings, a diversified holding company with interests in domestic and international transportation, agreed to acquire remaining shares in SEA-Vista, an operator of a fleet petroleum and chemical carriers servicing the US coastwise trade of crude oil, petroleum, and chemical products, from Avista Capital Partners for $106m in cash and 1.5m common stock. “Acquiring full ownership of SEA-Vista underpins our continued commitment to remaining a leader in the transportation and logistics industry.
