Choice to acquire VISI/ONE.

Choice, a provider of mobility solutions headquartered in Nuremberg, Germany, agreed to acquire VISI/ONE, a company in price labeling systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Because of his 28 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Müller has all the necessary national and international connections as well as the expertise.
