DPE Deutsche Private Equity has agreed to acquire Stromberg Oberflächentechnik to bolt on to its portfolio company Massenberg. Financial terms were not disclosed. Stromberg Oberflaechentechnik provides building maintenance services. The Company offers concrete repair, corrosion protection, acid build, and fire protection services.
