MEIL Group to acquire Trevi Group’s Oil & Gas division, from Trevi Group for $156m.

MEIL Group, engineering and infrastructure company, agreed to acquire Trevi Group’s Oil & Gas division from Trevi Group for $156m. MEIL Group, with current revenues equal to c.$2.5bn, which is one of the leading Indian engineering and infrastructure companies announced that the acquisition of the Oil & Gas Division should see multi-year production growth as well as growth in service division with increased business volumes resulting in the generation of excess free cash flow, strengthening MEIL’s position in the market.
