Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets to acquire Ocean Breeze Energy from Unicredit.

Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, an alternative asset manager, agreed to acquire Ocean Breeze Energy, an owner and operator of the BARD Offshore 1 wind farm, from Unicredit, an Italian global banking and financial services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Offshore wind is playing a significant role in Germany’s ambitious Energiewende.
