Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces completed the acquisition of Technistone.

Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces, a global manufacturer and distributor of High Pressure Laminates and other engineered composite materials, completed the acquisition of Technistone, a manufacturer of quartz stone. Financial terms were not disclosed.
