TKP to acquire Regus Taiwan from IWG for £22.7m.

TKP, an integrated service provider of meeting and conference space, agreed to acquire Regus Taiwan, an office space provider, from IWG, the global operator of co-work and flexible workspaces. Current valuation of Regus Taiwan is estimated £22.7m. The acquisition price will be finalized after adjustments considering cash, debt and working capital. This agreement includes an exclusive long-term franchise and strategic partnership in Taiwan market. TKP completed the acquisition of Regus Japan with same terms in May of 2019.
