Funds advised by Triton completed the acquisition of Fertiberia Group, a producer of fertilizers and industrial chemical products, from Grupo Villar Mir, a privately-owned Spanish conglomerate, for $222m. With some 1.4k employees across 14 production and blending units as well as a broad commercial and logistical network, Fertiberia offers a wide range of fertilizers and industrial chemicals products.
