Jacobs Holdings to acquire North American Dental Group.

Jacobs Holdings reached an agreement with Abry Partners, The Riverside Company, and the co-founders to acquire North American Dental Group, the fastest growing dental services organization of scale in the United States. Financial terms were not disclosed.
