Coronaria Oy, a healthcare company, agreed to acquire Silmaasema Oy, eye care and accessories retailer, from Intera Partners Oy, a Finnish growth-oriented private equity firm, for $121m. The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has approved a supplement to the tender offer document.
