EMERAM Capital Partners, a Munich-based private equity company focused on medium-sized companies, invested in ]init[, a leading German provider of digital transformation services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Kai Obring, Senior Partner at EMERAM, commented: "]init[ is a rapidly growing company with an outstanding positioning in an attractive growth market.
