Assa Abloy to acquire E Plus Building Products.

Assa Abloy, a supplier of locks, security and related products is set to acquire E Plus Building Products, a manufacturer of fire door cores. Financial terms were not disclosed. The ACCC has preliminary concerns that Assa Abloy’s proposed acquisition of E Plus Building Products would significantly reduce competition in the market for fire door cores.
