Cache Creek and Rockmont acquire Brandywine.

Cache Creek Industries, a US-based private equity firm in partnership with Rockmont Capital Partners, acquires Brandywine Communications, a leading designer and manufacturer of mission-critical time and frequency devices that serve the military and infrastructure markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am very excited to partner with Cache Creek.
