Integral Diagnostics completed its acquisition of Imaging Queensland for $70m.

Integral Diagnostics, an Australian healthcare services company, completed its acquisition of Imaging Queensland, a scale provider of comprehensive diagnostic imaging services primarily operating in major centres along the Queensland coast, for $70m. “We are extremely pleased to be partnering with IDX who we consider to be a leading provider of specialist radiology services in Australia and New Zealand.
