M.P. Evans completed the acquisition of a minority stake in its Indonesian subsidiary from ANJ for $25m.

Synopsis

M.P. Evans Group, which owns oil-palm plantations in Indonesia, bought back a minority stake in its Indonesian subsidiary from Austindo Nusantara Jaya for $25m. ''The acquisition of these minority holdings consolidates our holding in the high-quality estates that we have owned and managed for many years at a price that represents a low risk and attractive return to shareholders," Peter Hadsley-Chaplin, MPE Chairman.
