Alibaba to acquire a minority stake in NetEase Cloud Music.

Synopsis

Alibaba Group, the largest online retailer in China, agreed to acquire a minority stake in NetEase Cloud Music from NetEase. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Alibaba looks forward to becoming a partner in the future development of NetEase Cloud Music and exploring innovative collaboration in the digital entertainment space," Daniel Zhang, Alibaba Group CEO.
