PALI Group, a meat wholesaler, acquired Netherlands-based Wijnen Meat, a leading player in the processing of pork. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this deal PALI Group is strengthening its position in the pork production chain. The combination will offer customers of both companies a wider assortment and more options for specific deliveries.
