Mithril Capital completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Glance from InMobi for $45m.

Mithril Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Glance, Indian content platform, from InMobi, a provider of mobile advertising services for $45m. “Glance, the world’s first and fastest-growing screen zero platforms, is a powerful innovation to democratize content and commerce on the mobile Internet.
