Red Industries completed acquisition of Haz Environmental from Perks Patel Holdings.

Red Industries, a waste management company, completed the acquisition of Haz Environmental, innovative waste management and industrial cleaning company covering all types of general, hazardous, and non-hazardous waste, from Perks Patel Holdings. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The deal is another positive acquisition for the Red Industries Group – the business complements our existing waste management activities and further strengthens our position in the marketplace as leading waste management services providers,” Adam Share, Red Industries, Founder and CEO.
