SS&C to acquire Investrack Business of Globacom Technologies.

SS&C, a global provider of investment and financial services and software for the financial services and healthcare industries, agreed to acquire Investrack Business of Globacom Technologies, the premier provider of digital customer engagement solutions that serve enterprises worldwide. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our acquisition of Investrack supports our commitment to providing innovative products and services to elevate the client experience.
