Silverfleet Capital to acquire BOA CoreDux.

Private equity firm Silverfleet Capital agreed to acquire BOA Purified Solutions & BOA Flexible Solutions, collectively known as BOA CoreDux, a designer and manufacturer of ultra-purified and highly customised metallic hoses that are used in critical industrial applications.
