Winnebago Industries completed its acquisition of Newmar Corporation for $270m.

Winnebago Industries, an outdoor lifestyle product manufacturer, completed its acquisition of Newmar Corporation, a manufacturer of Class A and Super C motorized recreation vehicles, for $270m. “Winnebago Industries has a deep heritage in the RV industry, and we are excited about the opportunity to join its portfolio of premium outdoor lifestyle brands.
