Stilo Immobiliare Finanziaria and Orion to form a joint venture.

Stilo Immobiliare Finanziaria and Orion agreed to form a joint venture, that envisages the creation of a new holding to which the following assets would be contributed to: “Torino Outlet Village”, “Sicilia Outlet Village”, “Roma Outlet Village” and the recent enlargement of “Oriocenter” (including a multiplex cinema and a new food court). Financial terms were not disclosed.
