Aqua Pennsylvania Wastewater, a subsidiary of Aqua America acquires Municipal Wastewater System, Delaware municipal authority’s wastewater assets from Delaware County Regional Water Quality Control Authority (DELCORA) for $276.5m. The pending transaction is subject to Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission approval.
