Ancala Partners completed the acquisition of a 45% stake in Liverpool John Lennon Airport from Peel Group.

Ancala Partners, an independent infrastructure investment manager, completed the acquisition of a 45% stake in Liverpool John Lennon Airport, an international airport serving Liverpool, from Peel Group, an infrastructure, transport and real estate investment group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Transport infrastructure is a highly promising segment of the market, so we are delighted to be acquiring a stake on behalf of our investors in such a prestigious regional airport.
