Voith Group, a global technology company, completed the acquisition of BTG Group, a multinational provider of integrated, highly specialized process solutions for the global pulp and paper industry, from Spectris, a supplier of precision instrumentation and controls, for €319m ($353m). “BTG and Voith together have 250 years of technological experience in the global paper industry.
