Banque des Territoires and Groupama to acquire Predica Energies Durables.

Banque des Territoires and Groupama agreed to acquire Predica Energies Durables, wind and solar projects from Crédit Agricole Assurances, the insurer. Banque des Territoires and Groupama will acquire 22% and 18% of PED respectively. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The development of renewable energies is in line with the 2°C roadmap.
