Abénex to acquire a majority stake in Point Vision.

Abenex, an investment management company, has acquired a majority stake in Point Vision, a group of 32 ophthalmology centers. Financial terms were not disclosed. The turnover of the Point Vision was €7m in 2018 and is expected to quickly exceed €100m. Geographical expansion is only one of the axes of development. The group wants to bet on telemedicine, strengthening some of its implantations and ramping up its surgical procedures to maximize its revenue.
