Avia to acquire TESSOL Kraftstoffe from BayWa.

Avia, an independent mineral oil importer, agreed to acquire TESSOL Kraftstoffe, which focuses on the conventional filling stations, from BayWa, that operates in the agriculture, building materials and energy sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The transaction is part of capital restructuring efforts within the company portfolio that are aimed at further expanding strategic business areas,” Klaus Josef Lutz, BayWa’s Chief Executive Officer.
