NTT DATA to acquire Locus Telecommunication.

NTT DATA, an IT services provider and global innovation partner, has wholly acquired Locus Telecommunication, a prominent system-integration company. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the acquisition, NTT DATA will enhance its market position in Thailand with significantly strengthened capabilities in customer relationship management, customer experience and analytics solutions. "Access to NTT DATA's depth and breadth of service offerings and innovative global technologies will enable Locus to evolve from a niche player into a more comprehensive business-solutions provider.
