Xenon Partners, a software-focused technology private equity firm, has completed the acquisition of Metricfire, a leading provider in time series data monitoring. Financial terms were not disclosed. Metricfire boasts two products that help developers and IT administrators monitor large quantities of performance metrics. “The Metricfire team has been working in the developer and IT administrator market for over 8 years now. We were impressed with the company’s organic growth to date and believe it is well-positioned moving forward.
