MBO to acquire Pinson Paysage from Atalian Servest $38m.

MBO, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Pinson Paysage, landscape services provider, from Atalian Servest, a provider of diversified commercial services, for $38m. The closing of the transaction is subject to the approval of the merger control authorities. “This carve-out operation will allow Pinson Paysage, led by its historic management team, to take advantage of the opportunities of the French market: favourable long-term prospects, high recurrence of activity and strong fragmentation. To be successful in its strategic project, Pinson Paysage will be able to rely on the proven experience of MBO & Co in its carve-out operations, as well as in supporting active build-up policies,” Xavier de Prévoisin, MBO & Co Partner.
