Omnicom Group, a digital and customer relationship management company, completed the acquisition of Smart Digital, a Germany-based digital marketing and advertising company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our aim is to provide clients with the know-how, services and marketing technology that will enable individualized brand experiences and increase brand loyalty.
