ICG to acquire Enwave Australia from Brookfield for $420m.

ICG, an independent infrastructure investment firm has agreed to acquire Enwave Australia businesses, including Tas Gas Networks and Tas Gas Retail, an energy services provider, from Brookfield for $420m. ICG’s acquisition comes as it had also been stalking Western Australia-based listed power stations owner Pacific Energy in partnership with Canadian investor OPTrust.
