Quadpack to acquire Louvrette.

Quadpack, which manufactures packaging solutions agreed to acquire Louvrette, which provides packaging solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal enables Quadpack to obtain a better balance as a hybrid manufacturing and sourcing company, increasing the percentage of own-manufactured products near one-third of sales. “The Livingstone teams in Spain and Germany have delivered highly coordinated advice and the support we needed to close this transaction.
