Saint-Gobain, a French multinational corporation, completed the disposal of its construction glass activity in South Korea to Glenwood Private Equity, an investment management company in Korea specialized in industrial activities and the construction sector, for €240m ($262m). This transaction marks an important milestone in the execution of Saint-Gobain's portfolio optimization strategy: with over €3bn ($3.3bn) in sales completed or signed as of today, the objective announced for the end of 2019 has already been reached.
