Framatome, a French nuclear reactor business, completed the acquisition of FoxGuard Solutions, a company dedicated to the field of integrated cybersecurity, industrial computing, and regulatory compliance solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very pleased to welcome FoxGuard Solutions to Framatome’s team of industry experts.
