Jazwares completed the acquisition of Wicked Cool Toys.

Jazwares, a subsidiary of Alleghany Capital, completed the acquisition of Wicked Cool Toys. Financial terms were not disclosed. Wicked Cool Toys operates as a toy company. The Company designs, develops, and produces licensed and owned properties including plush, action figures, fashion accessories, and games - sold around the world through a diverse mix of channels including mass, regional, specialty and online. “We are excited to join Jazwares and the Alleghany Capital family of companies.
