Moody’s Corporation, an American business and financial services company, agreed to acquire ABS Suite Business, software platform used by issuers and trustees for the administration of asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities programs, from Deloitte, a multinational professional services network. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of ABS Suite deepens Moody’s Analytics’ presence with issuers of securitized transactions.
