TEAM Services invests in AmeriBest.

TEAM Services Group, a portfolio company of Alpine Investors, a leading private equity firm, invests in AmeriBest Home Care, a home and health care service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. AmeriBest will continue to operate under its current brand name within TEAM Public Choices (TPC), a division of TEAM that serves clients through Medicaid and other state-sponsored disability programs. “We couldn’t be more excited about entering this new partnership with AmeriBest Home Care.
