Approved Oil to acquire Associated Fuel.

Approved Oil, a petroleum products retailer, agreed to acquire Associated Fuel, a small to mid-size oil marketer. Financial terms were not disclosed. Associated Fuel has been serving the five boroughs and Westchester County since the early 1990s.
