The city of Brno to acquire the remaining 50% in Technologický Park Brno from P&O Netherlands for €21m.

The city of Brno agreedto acquire the remaining 50% in Technologický Park Brno, a company that leases 60k m2 of office space to innovative companies and research institutions in Brno, from investment company P&O Netherlands for €21m. Supporters of the purchase believe that public sector ownership is an advantage, which could influence the strategic development of the park and encourage leases to innovative firms.
