WellSky to acquire ClearCare from Battery Ventures.

WellSky, a leading health and community care technology company, agreed to acquire ClearCare, a leading provider of a software-as-a-service, from Battery Ventures. Financial terms were not disclosed. “ClearCare adds an important new dimension to WellSky’s comprehensive offerings, and this acquisition strengthens WellSky’s ability to better connect care across the continuum,” Bill Miller, CEO of WellSky.
