Greenbriar Equity Group completed the acquisition of Electrical Source from PNC Riverarch Capital.

Greenbriar Equity Group completed the acquisition of Electrical Source Holdings, a specialty distributor of need-it-now replacement power components for diverse commercial and industrial applications, from PNC Riverarch Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Riverarch’s investment in Electrical Source is consistent with our strategy of partnering with strong management teams and supporting them as they continue to scale and diversify.
