Knights of Columbus Asset Advisors to acquire Institutional Business of Boston Advisors.

Knights of Columbus Asset Advisors, a New Haven-based asset management and investment firm, agreed to acquire Institutional Business of Boston Advisors, an equity investment advisory firm established in 1982. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Boston Advisors business model aligns with our objective of providing clients with investment capabilities across several equity strategies.
