EMZ Partners to acquire a minority stake in Weyou from FCDE.

EMZ Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Weyou, an organizer of medium-sized professional exhibitions, from FCDE, an asset management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We would like to thank the FCDE team for their trust and active support over the past four years, which has enabled us to gain our independence and make a success of this great entrepreneurial project.
