Technology & Strategy Group completed the acquisition of Degetel.

Technology & Strategy Group, a European specialist in new technology consulting, completed the acquisition of Degetel, an IT consulting company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With Degetel, T&S is considerably strengthening its position in the IT and Digital sectors, creating a Europe-wide division with more than 600 employees on this field. This acquisition gives the group a strong position in IT and Digital services, mainly in Paris area, one of the most attractive places in Europe for these activities, and also in Belgium. Thanks to these various historical areas of expertise which will be complementary, this new alliance will allow us to approach the industry 4.0 with even more adapted solutions," T&S Group.
