Cornell Capital, a private investment firm, agreed to invest in Lorom, a manufacturing solutions provider focusing on specialized cable manufacturing and assembly. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. "In today's technology-intensive product marketplace, supplier partners like Lorom are uniquely positioned with vertically integrated capabilities and long-term customer relationships to meet the increasing demand for specialty products.
